Everyone, at some point, feels a little out of sync with life. The good news? It’s entirely possible to find your way back—or even carve out a new path that’s more aligned with who you are now.


1. Acknowledge Your Feelings: Embrace the Uncertainty


Why It Matters:It’s easy to brush off feelings of being lost, telling yourself to “just snap out of it.” But the first step to getting back on track is acknowledging that it’s okay to feel this way.
